I really enjoyed reading this book. I have been diagnosed as bipolar and I also have severe anxiety. . I read this book last night and have started trying to put the steps into action today. I appreciate that this book is very simple to understand and not full of big words that do not need to be used to understand the struggles associated with mental illnesses and/or anxiety disorders. There is a great set of work sheets in the back of the book which I am recreating so I can print them out and follow daily. I like that the book clearly states that if you do not automatically fall into the habit of changing your behaviors that youre not a loser or a failure. It explains how to do things and lets you know that its a process. It takes work but it is possible. I feel that this book would be helpful to anybody who wants to change their behaviors in order to feel better. It reinforces the fact that even if you are not in charge of your circumstances, you are in charge of your behavior.. A positive outlook will help to create a positive outcome.
