as for the game, i changed my life as well, i bought it the day it came out and don't regret it at all.
it did seem long, but i probably read it in a couple of days, i was so captivated by the story.

The Game also changed my life because before I heard about that book I had no idea that there was a seduction community at all. I was sceptical to read it at first because it did cost $35 I think but my friend who used to be really bad with girls but is now really good recommended the book to me. After he showed me some pictures of his ex-gfs I was definitely more interested in buying the book and taking the time to read it and I have never regretted it. The Game also has great field reports and other helpful information in it besides its story-like setup.
If anyone is worried that they will be bored by the book, don't be because it really is a joy to read. It starts out and grabs your attention quickly and you can't wait to read more. I read very slowly and also get bored easily but I still found myself reading for much longer than I had anticipated. Sometimes I would want to read for a half hour before bed but then not be able to put the book down for an hour or more, and not be able to get to sleep for another half hour because I just sat in bed and visualized trying the routines and openers that Style and Mystery used so well.
The Game is definitely worth the investment in time and money.

I simply couldn't put this book down. When I'm reading other stuff it seems more like studying. With this however, I got so into the story that I was spending almost full days reading it. THere was also moments in there that I literally started laughing my ass off about e.g. Ross Jefferies sniffing Carmen Electra's ass like a dog

Right from the opening, through the entire book, Neil is pointing out all the negative aspects, the emotionally-destructive, personality-erasing aspects of our Game itself.
Now, that said, I loved the book & found it hysterical and enlightening - but I must admit I'm flabbergasted by the number of people who've entirely missed-the-point!

I`ve read 'the GAME' at least three times. It was good beacause i learned that a human can CHANGE if you really want this and that was very good to realize that.. Now im practice this game because of that BOOK. Ive been a better happier person and still improves.

For some odd unexplainable reason, in the midst of reading the novel, The Game, my life inexplicably changed. My outtake on life and women differed from before and around me everything was fitting into place. I am back into school finally, money is flooding in from a court case between my parents. And I goto the mall now just to say hi to as many girls as I possibly can. I do believe this book is what you need to understand the lifestyle and it also explains each method and so on. Respect.

got me into the community, my brother came back from iraq with the Game, started reading it, changed my whole perspective and views on things, and that i can do this stuff and can change, and i feel like now i can attract women and i used to think it was never goig to happen and i was going to die a virgin, and ive met tons of cool and interesting people.

The Game, is an awesome book to read. In fact, at first I didn't believe it too much because it's impossible to get good with women like Neil got within a few days. I am one of those who are afraid to approach cannot remember routines and so on. So this was a book is just off the hook, plus the factor that Mystry was based in TORONTO made it more believeable because I am in Toronto and the book talked about a lot of clubs and streets and places within Toronto which made me believe that Neil wouldn't have gone around in L.A and Toronto to write a book like this. So to tell you how much I am loving the book, in less then 6 hours I have read more then half that book and yeah I am a bit of a slow reader. heh

I just finished reading this masterpeice. IMHO To take the book at face value as a pickup guide is defeating the intent of the book. Neil Strauss offers a unique perspective of his journey through the seduction community. One of the most important lesson I learned from the book is not to make seduction your life. Seduction is a tool used to give you the oppurtunity to express your true self and enrich your life, it should not become your life.

This book is honestly one of the most inspirational books I have read in any genre. It will be displayed proudly on my bookshelf for the world to see. Needless to say definately worth the read.

Underneath all the routines, mannerisms, and showmanship. We are all human the game that we play just helps us present ourselves, our true selves in a way that women are attracted to.

Personally I loved the AM, it really kicked my butt and made me get out there which no other dvd has done. Basicly if you didn't want to go to a workshop I think this is the best, because it has that uncut feel to it where they just showed every bit of information that the guys learned. I found that if you watched it until the guys went out, then you went out it helped A LOT more.
