WOW, who would pay that much money for some guys that are so into themselves talk about pick up and invent their own language. Some are these cds are cool to watch and are impressive, the holy rail pick was pretty lame, mystery picks up some chicks, but he had cameras and all this other 'reality show' junk around him, Matador and Lovedrop are interesting to listen to, Mystery is boring and talks over the same thing over and over... i would pay at most $15 for this product, nothing more...

Well, a rapid review
1 - All DVDs (Video brain transplant, Social cybernetics and Bonus) = IT's the same old stuff you can read in the book, in the forums, in the old DVD series. It's ridiculous the marketing strategy of expose some nude women wearing a simply tshirts, when this gurus are talking
2 - DVD Holy Grail (yeah, this term is perfect ). You can see Mystery and Matador TALKING (but, yeah, you name this SARGING ) with some NO beautiful girls. BLa BLA BLA, same stupid routines, and no pickup, no sexual feeling, nothing, only bla bla bla bla and NO CLOSE. There were cameras NO hidden, and everybody see that, and in some case girls asks about that. It's so obvious that nothing is spontaneus (probably all the sets knows about what Mystery is doing). The only pickup is by Mystery: an ugly mature. And it's not a great pickup, because after talking to the camera, Mystery turn on (casually ) this mature and CASUALLY she opens him, and when Mystery asks about the male with her she says she don't know him ahahahahahahah (is she an old friend actress of Mystery?). Well, if this video show this GURUS of pickup........
I say only this: 2500 bucks!! I repeat, 2500 bucks, and you sell this kind of product? You have no respect for your clients, for people who believe in you. For me Mystery is only a clown, no more respect for him.

I'm watching the boot camp part with matador, and it's pretty horrible. He looks coked out and it doesn't look that professional done. If I spent 5 grand on that bootcamp, I would be pretty pissed off. Not to mention it's the same stuff( routines, story's ) from Mystery's older DvD. Matador even copy Mystery's stripper saver routine also. You think this guy would have some other DHV story off the top of his head instead of some fake story he got from Mystery.

where do i begin...."live footage" of picking up women in the mind of mystery was some of the worst footage i have ever seen.

if these guys are the "gurus" of pick up, let me put it this way, we are all living a fucking illusion. Mystery says "three minute rule over rides the three second rule" he then says i need some social proof, but never lets go of that fat girl to aproach the set he wanted to aproach.

he gets AMOGed by a drunk girl and he cant come up with anything to say, then some old lady "picks HIM up" and then they start to kiss, just pure nasty. that chick had to be at least 45 years old.

then he goes after a cute girl, building rapport, then finds out she has a fiance. owned again.

on the other hand, Matador, is opens a two set, he can barely manage to move the sets, and when they do move, they isolate themselves by sitting far from the girls.

mystery uses the same freaking "when i moved to toronto, i didnt particularly hung out with the best friends", people are just dying for his long ass story to be over, they try to change the subject many many times, but he just keeps going back to it, i would have been bored out of my freaking head.

im pissed about this because if the gurus cant even manage to get a single set, then shouldn't be out there as symbols of pick up. there are guys on this forum alone that can do far far better then these two dudes.

---
on another part, mystery gets owned by matador, matador says "your fans deserve to know the girls that were just here were paid to kiss you", mystery comes back saying "oh yeah, but you havent even been laid since you got here"

Matador hasn't got laid for weeks? Mystery pays women to kiss him?

---
then we have the instructional part of how to open a set, matador is teaching some total dork how to open a set, i mean this guy isnt even ready to look at a girl, left alone open sets. and matador just picks on every single thing he does, "dude, look slightly to left", "no you waited like 2 seconds longer than you should have to sit down", its like dude, thats not his problem...all you are teaching him is how to be a robot, even actors don't get "instructed" like this.

overall, i thought the product was a disaster. I lost respect for mystery, matador who can't even take a set from start to finish. it makes me question if its been bullshit all along, it helped me because i was looking for perfection "pick up any women you want" but i mean gurus cant even pick up an average looking girl....wtf ?

i think you are much better of spending your money on hookers than to pay couple of Gs to hope you will get laid with this nonsense product...

The in field footage is mostly Mystery getting opened by girls and isolating them at various spots. There are some good things to learn about comfort but very little on opening and building attraction.

The brain dump seminars are amateur videos shot by Cosmo and others in an apartment with little new knowledge

We need to see some serious in field footage that covers everything from top to bottom. This doesnt do the trick.

Yeah the MOM dvds do go into more detail and have some good solid info. But nothing is really new... but it does help to see them and see more detail to further pound it in your head...
Is it worth the price tag?
No

I would say its worth max.. 800 dollars.

The only thing that pisses me off is the unprofessionlism... Mystery is smoking and drinking... the camera men walk in front of each other and even puts the camera down on a table and is moving while its running....

The girl that is in the video on area 51 the one that is on his left... on his micro calibration video is shown cuddling with Mystery and is only wearing a shirt with no pants..... I dont know if its some kind of social proof to the audience... but its very tacky

I wish they would of made it more professional and had actual trained girls who they did not have to use as rag dolls and be like now stand like this or do this.... they could of used blow up dolls instead.

I have to be honest. After watching all the preview videos I've noticed that Mike Long's voice gets really old, really fast. He keeps interrupting the PUAs and repeating what they say for the "idiots" he must think are watching the vids. The Mind of Mystery is a great idea. It looks like its a home version of a bootcamp, which obviously could never replace an actual bootcamp or actual in-the-field training, but it looks like it could be a good product. The problem is that its only available to people that have $2,400 to spend. I guess the $1,000 credit toward a real boot camp is cool. Basically, if you're ready to dive head first into this and go all the way, this looks like its a good idea. Otherwise, there are always the other available methods of learning the game that have been around for years.

I am not 100% finished with the course. I have viewed the video "Brain Transplant," and I am going through the audio course over time. I confess to being disappointed in the video course. I am finding the audio portion of the course to be far more useful and far more interesting.

On the video -- There were several times (most vividly, if I recall correctly, between the 3rd and the 4th DVDs, or the 4th and the 5th maybe) when the topic shifted dramatically, and there was a big leap of logic, technique, and explanation (ie, I needed some "middle" to get to the "end" that they suddenly presented). The audio course is far superior at going step-by-step. The video makes leaps. I actually ejected the DVD once to check that it was, actually, the next DVD in sequence. Also, the video course appears to assume that I have read the "Mind of Mystery" book; the seminar course that is filmed features students who have all read the book. Therefore, as the book is not included in the course, there are "logic leaps" and topic leaps that I am missing.

I am a lawyer, and so, perhaps I am hyper-sensitive to typos. Yet, the DVDs themselves contain typos, and the pdf files that were included as a side guide to the course (with vocabulary and general framework) are RIDDLED with typos. It is as though nobody read the thing over (one cursory read-through would find plenty!).

I suppose, for something that costs me almost $2500, I expect more. I expect DVD menus that don't have patently obvious typos, and documents that appear to have never been read over. It looks rushed, and that is too bad. The leaps of logic in the DVDs are most disturbing though.

Thankfully, the audio course is quite well executed.

Part of the sales pitch of the course was that "Mystery would now focus on his new clients." I hope and I look forward to this. I am left with questions, and I hope he will nurture those who have invested in the course; the course does have confusing shortcomings.

For something so expensive, lots of things are recycled, and it looks very unprofessional. It's hard not to take notice to Erik's new vices, but to do it in a product to be mass produced and distributed is a question of it's worth.

Matador in the in-field videos used material from years ago and nothing ground breaking (no offense to your skillset, I knew you were just trying to be safe in front of the camera). Erik seemed to only go after sets he knew he could easily win over. It also just seems weird to me about Erik's new fascination of drugs, weed, and cigarettes and their use in-field.

Eh, just some caveats. Certainly not worth 2 grand.
