These videos simply teach common sense and get creative with sex positions. I do not find it very helpful. This would only be helpful for very very horny girls who want to try crazy sex positions. The videos provide by this company are very long and stretched out. It is easy to fall asleep watching this stuff.

Just to let those ordering outside the USA it takes a while to get the disks. I ordered on the 17 November 2013 and it's now the 30 November and still no DVDs . You pay for shipping so would have thought it would be quicker. If you're working to a timescale with a girl - allow enough time.
