The Best Inner Game Program I've Tried
I've tried a few different inner game programs but Monster Confidence was the one that has had the biggest impact on me. You can actually feel yourself changing each day. I've never felt that before.
Definitely a beneficial product and guaranteed to build someone up who suffers from low confidence. However it does not solve all of your confidence issues, as low self-esteem is a learned ability and will not be un-learned in seven days. A good beginner product, but I can't recommend for guys already having a good bit of confidence.
