"Helpful Advice for Shy Guys"
October 13, 2017
Then I read this book and had a lot of epiphanies about what was missing from my life that i needed to actually start building confidence and feeling less afraid in social situations. Instead of dreading starting conversations, or being too scared to ask people for favors, i finally started building a habit of facing my fears. I didn't become completely fearless like superman or anything. But I do feel a lot more relieved after reading this book.
If you struggle with shyness or social anxiety or want to improve your social confidence I recommend this book.
