FULL DETAILED REVIEW
Alex Allman's program, Unleash The Beast, is mainly focused around getting rid of sexual insecurities and increasing sexual confidence. The core of the program is a series of recorded calls from a teleseminar he did with some of his students. There are five main sessions and then two Q and A sessions that follow.
At the beginning of the program Alex mentions that in the original seminar this program was called The Motion In The Ocean, in reference to the common saying about how technique is more important than penis size. And that seems to be the main cause of anxiety among the students here: that they aren't big enough to sexually satisfy women.
In a few instances Alex even points out that the majority of the people in the program realize that their penis size is no less than average, but they still have the negative belief that this isn't enough. So if this is an issue that is a cause of concern to you, this product will be immensely helpful for you. It's the only product we've come across so far that goes to great lengths to provide conclusive evidence that size isn't that much of a factor for great sex.
How Important Is Size - A Female Perspective
In the first audio lesson Alex sets about debunking the myth that most women want a man with a huge penis. He gives actual numbers from surveys on how women feel about size, how important it is to them and ways it can impact a relationship.
Like a lot of concerns men have about dating, the issue of size is only a deal breaker for a very small percentage of women. Either they will only date a guy who is well equipped, or they prefer a smaller guy because if it's large it will hurt them too much. But for the majority of women it's not a big deal either way, and as Alex points out, there are other areas you should be focusing on that women actually care much more about.
There's a lot of good information about this topic and clearly it's something that effects many men's sex lives. Alex covers a few things that women said are more important to them than the length of your penis, and the #1 thing that women said were important to them is something that is largely within your control.
Porn And The Relation To Sexual Dysfunction
If you're a regular listener of our podcast you may have come across episode #40 that addressed the issue of online porn and the negative effects that this can have on men when it comes to real sexual relationships. (And if you haven't already listened to it, there's some great info there so feel free to check it out.)
Alex also discusses the issue here in Unleash The Beast. He isn't an anti-porn zealot, in fact he details how he used to be a big fan of porn of himself before deciding to stop. So he talks about how it's something you can use, but the better off you'll be if you don't.
At one point he asks how many of the students on the teleseminar watch porn, of which 100% reply that they do. Then he asks how many of them think porn has a negative effect on their sex lives, and all but one agree that it does.
I don't think it's a coincidence that the increase in sexual insecurity amongst modern men comes at a time when so much porn is available just a mouse click away. If you're consuming a lot of porn and seeing guys with larger than average penises then it's only going to reinforce the belief that you don't measure up.
There's other issues which Alex talks about, including how porn can play a part in your ability to get and maintain an erection. And he mentions other topics which guys sometimes don't realize, which is that many porn stars are taking Viagra to perform and editing plays a big part in how the final scene appears. Overall there is some solid advice on this topic and it's worth paying attention to.
Being In The Moment With Your Woman
At the heart of what Alex teaches are some common concepts popular in the self-development field. One of the main ones is to be present in the moment and pay attention to the woman and what she's feeling. If you're a fan of Eckhart Tolle and his teachings then you'll probably be able to relate to where Alex is coming from.
This is an area that a lot of guys can find difficult to grasp, especially at first. What you're really trying to do is turn off the internal monologue in your head and just put your complete attention on everything around you as it's happening. Alex goes over a few ways to train yourself to do this, such as meditation, but be aware that this is something that requires consistent practice.
Without revealing too much here, one of Alex's main themes in this product is that who you're being is more important than what you're doing. That'll make perfect sense to some guys, while for others it'll seem a little abstract. The more you get into the self-development side of things and learn about controlling your own thoughts and emotions, the more the information here will resonate with you.
But for guys who are just buying this product to learn about sexual techniques and how to be a better lover, you'll find a lot of the advice here harder to wrap your head around. There's a few instances where some of the students who are on the call ask Alex some questions as it's clear they're not really understanding how to put this advice into practice. This is the main reason this product has a lower score for ease of implementation.
For example, one of the topics that is covered in this course is premature ejaculation. There's some solid information here on how you can handle it, but some of it is possibly going to be confusing, mainly for guys with very limited experience.
Alex teaches a technique that he refers to as the magic bullet and claims it works for 100% of his clients who have tried it. This isn't a problem I suffer from so can't really test it out, but it seems a bit oversimplified. I can imagine that for some guys they won't find this easy to implement.
I can't reveal the technique, but it's similar to telling a guy who is really nervous and anxious with women to just be confident. Confidence will make all the difference, but it's not something you can just switch on and off. You need reference points of positive experiences to help form that confidence.
If you have had a larger number of positive sexual experiences in the past then you might find this works better for you. Alex pretty much claims it's an instantaneous fix, but I think this will vary greatly from person to person.
Masculine Dominance And Sexual Polarity
If you've read The Way Of The Superior Man by David Deida you'll be familiar with the term sexual polarity and how crucial it is to maintaining sexual attraction in a relationship. This is really a crucial element of this program as well and Alex explains the concept really well.
Also just to point out, Alex recently married a very attractive woman more than 20 years his junior, so he knows a thing or two about keeping women sexually satisfied even as you get older. He gives a lot of great advice as well on fitness, nutrition and lifestyle as you get older, as this becomes more and more important to keep your sex life rock solid as you age.
One of the issues that Alex goes quite deep into is how women get aroused by your arousal. A large part of a woman's sexuality and her psychological stimulation is in knowing that she is the object of sexual desire. And the problem is a lot of guys are too timid and reluctant to let their woman know how turned on they are and this effects her ability to surrender to your strength and revel in her femininity.
Some of the things that Alex suggests might feel a bit extreme for you, especially if you are more sexually reserved. And the main ideas he focuses on here are not politically correct. But he's on the money and it's just the way things are. He encourages you to be more physically dominant in bed with women and to focus on your own pleasure, which paradoxically will result in more pleasure for your woman. Really solid information here and I think it's something most men really need to hear.
By being the kind of guy Alex talks about here you'll actually be benefiting your relationship outside of the bedroom as well. It's about becoming the kind of guy that is sure of who he is and what he wants, and a woman is going to feel more at ease and more secure being in a relationship with this kind of man. In short, she'll respect you more, which will lead to her surrendering herself to you more freely in the bedroom, which will lead to better sex for both of you.
Along with the main products there are some bonuses that are included here. One of the techniques that Alex talks about in the seminar is the .357 magnum technique, and you'll find a video demonstrating this technique as well as a bonus report on it. Basically the technique is designed for guys who have a below average sized penis to have sex in a way that will provide more stimulation for women. If you are average sized or larger, Alex warns that the technique might not be suitable for you as you could end up hurting your partner.
There's also a short video titled Sex Positions For Feeling Bigger In Bed, which is pretty self-explanatory. There are a couple of actors who demonstrate these techniques in action, but the sex is just simulated and they are wearing their underwear. If you prefer to see sexual positions demonstrated by people that are actually having sex for real, you might want to check out 2 Girls Teach Sex.
As well as the videos there's a number of short written reports included. It's not clear who wrote these, as the author mentions learning a lot from Alex's work. So it's a bit strange to be reading all this content from some unnamed person and having no idea of their background or level of expertise.
In saying that, the quality of the information is of a pretty good standard, albeit nothing too original. There's a fair number of mistakes throughout these books as well so spending more time on them would have been good for the sake of clarity.
Lastly, there's an audio interview with 'testosterone guru' Dr Tom Incledon. This guy is a real authority on the subject and has some interesting things to share, so well worth checking out. If you want further information in this subject and also how it relates to dating, you can check out Podcast #52 with Christopher Walker.
The Bottom Line
This is a product that focuses more on the 'inner game' of being a great lover. It tailors primarily to guys who have sexual insecurities, most notably around the size of their penis. As a result, it aims to help guys get rid of their bad beliefs and empower themselves to be more sexually confident.
If you like material that focuses more on mindsets and beliefs then you will probably benefit from this course. It teaches practical advice too, but this is maybe about 30% of the content. If you're less experienced and want something more focused on techniques, then you might prefer Orgasm Arts and Extreme Stamina.
While much of the advice in this program is applicable even if you are casually dating or only interested in one night stands, it's particularly effective for men who are in a relationship or interested in going down that route. You'll learn how to keep that passion and spark alive so that your sex life and relationship stays strong indefinitely.
