Reminds Me That I Need to balance Inner with Outer Game

The Good |
At the end of this volume, Sinn mentioned that this is probably the most important CD that Mystery Method will ever release. The topics of reframing, implications, being attractive, and subtle demonstrations of value are discussed in such extreme depth that I'm going to make time to listen to this CD again with a clearer mind later. When I first started learning pickup, I was heavily infused on David DeAngelo's subcommunication teachings. Over time, I converted to Mystery Method and foolishly focused more on outer game tactics (routines! tricks! gambits!) and neglected to think about underlying implications of every word and how I would convey my value. This CD reminds me that Mystery Method does NOT focus exclusively on tactics and that I need to balance inner with outer game.

Rating out of 10: 9/10 for presentation and organization. Again, they had a solid agenda of topics to discuss, even with a few minor deviations here and there. 10/10 for content. It's dense, it's rather complex (to me anyway), and it deals with inner game issues (finally a Mystery Method CD related to inner game). 10/10 for production quality.
...the quality has improved dramatically and I found it novel that Sinn and Savoy's individual voice tracks were panned hard-left and hard-right respectively, giving separation and clarity especially during some instances where both are talking simultaneously. It's like they're sitting on either side of you giving you advice right there.

Most Dense Volume that I've Listened to So Far

The Good |
I'm at the stage where I'm attempting solid timebridges in my sets so I finally got around to listening to this Volume 4. This is probably the most dense volume that I've listened to so far and is jammed with information regarding Day 2 logistics, Day 2 locations, Day 2 ideas, timebridging vs bouncing priority, timebridge seeding, lock-in/timebridge props, and comfort game/routines not found in the VAH or Video Archive Encyclopedia. Ajax reveals one of his napkin cold read lock-in prop games which is worth the price of the CD alone. Plus, Future is one hilarious and knowledgeable fucker and I've really grown to like him over the multiple Interview Series CDs that he's been featured on.

New routines, tactics, and Day 2 suggestions are shared and elaborated upon. 10/10 for production quality. This was probably the clearest and easiest CD that I've listened to yet.

Strong Topics Discussed Theoretically as Well as Tactically

The Good |
This volume was recorded at the Chicago Special Bootcamp, one week before I attended Tenmagnet's Mystery Method Comprehensive Bootcamp. From my bootcamp, I learned that Tenmagnet was a young guy but had an extremely strong identity. Listening to this CD, all three instructors have solid identities and are young. This is important to me as I realized that youth is not a limiting factor for achieving exactly what you want to do with your life, or at least have the ambition crafted and strived for so that it may be realistically attained within a period of a few years. Here, the instructors emphasized why identity is central not only to Mystery Method, but also to life, and they talk about multiple ways to build and convey your identity as well as to ground it to a woman's reality in a step-by-step fashion (your personal grounding routine used in Comfort).

Here's another CD where the instructors are having such a blast discussing the topics that they trip over each other and this makes it rather annoying to pay attention to any given instructor. Sometimes, I found that thoughts and sentences were left unfinished as a result of this.

Another Mystery Method CD related to inner game which is extremely important to me as I've been working extensively on outer game too much lately and ignoring who I should be conveying in set. 10/10 for production quality. No weird scraping sounds, no microphonic feedback, and no background noise like some of the other CDs makes it easy enough to listen to the instructors (aside from when they interrupt each other on occasion).

This was Probably One of the Clearer CDs so Far

I'm someone who prefers all-female sets over mixed sets. Listening to this particular volume has given me some insight into my irrational fear of mixed sets and other men in social settings. I now realize that men are not competition, considering the Mystery Method way is to befriend everybody (classic group theory) and appear social anyway. Anything that anybody does to try and tool a social cool guy like yourself only raises your value. The chunk regarding AMOG tactics, which isn't normally associated with classic Mystery Method, was SUPER valuable especially when discussing frame games, value, and unreactiveness.

I know the instructors have fun discussing the material and theory, but they tend to really trip over each other enthusiastically in this CD and I found myself having to listen to a few parts over and over to pay attention to individual voices when this happens.

Sometimes the instructors got off on some tangents, such as discussing game logistics, handy as it was, but it was still detracting from the focus of the main topics at hand. 10/10 for content. The topics were absolute gold and even non-classic Mystery Method tactics were taught in the form of AMOG theory. 9/10 for production quality. This was probably one of the clearer CDs so far.

I am not somebody who takes canned stories seriously in my game. I prefer banter, games, and jokes. However, I may have just changed my mind about stories because Sinn and Future break down the elements of strong stories. Mind you, much of this is already discussed in the Venusian Arts Handbook, but it has suddenly clicked for me. A huge topic they talk about is DLV pits and what topics to avoid at all costs because they will subcommunicate that you are low value. This segment alone made the disc worth it for me. Finally, the segment on humor outlined how attraction humor is much different than humor for humor's sake, and how to get the most out of attraction humor. Awesome.

I Found this Disc Fascinating and Educating

Holy moley. Where do I start? I'm a guy who doesn't have much approach anxiety and I found this disc fascinating and educating. For an hour and fifteen minutes, Savoy and Sinn REALLY break down Love Systems Triad).">A1 and transitioning into A2, from how to approach effectively, to calibrating the situation, to stacking openers, to handling interrupts. A lot of stuff they talk about isn't even in the Venusian Arts Handbook, because new ideas are presented and broken down. There are some really advanced topics here. They go into various types of openers, the importance of delivery, body language, daygame versus nightgame, interesting subject matter, and a LOT more. They also discuss the importance of the newbie mission. The sound quality is fantastic and the packaging is discreet. You can also tell that Savoy and Sinn are having fun talking about this stuff too. They DON'T talk about approach anxiety... that is already covered in the Venusian Arts Handbook and the DVD Archives. It'd be redundant here.

Honestly, none. There isn't a single Mystery Method product that hasn't blown me away yet. These guys do NOT slack when producing their materials. It's evident that they pour their soul into their work.

An EXCELLENT Resource for Newbies

David DeAngelo's "Advanced Series" is an EXCELLENT resource for newbies to evict their inner wuss/AFC and is comprehensive enough to really get your alpha attitude developed. Watching this DVD set was pivotal for me when I first got into the game. There's a little bit of everything... NLP, solidifying inner game, fun cocky & funny lines to use, gimmicks and props, ways you can improve yourself, sex techniques, getting into threesomes, attraction theory, enjoying the lifestyle, online dating tips, etc.

Highly-Structured, Best Organized Manual

The Mystery Method "Venusian Arts Handbook" is the broadest-encompassing, most highly-structured, best organized manual I've ever come across. I've begun filling up the M3 model with the attitudes and routines from MM and other places, making it truly my style where I've taken the best stuff that works for me and incorporated it into my own. That's what this book encourages you to do, anyways. This is where the Handbook shines... it's a great fill-in-the-blank vessel for my other materials to ride in and integrate into.

Conveys So Many Things

David DeAngelo's "Cocky Comedy" is not only loaded with great hilarious alpha lines to play with in A2, but goes into the psychology behind one of the things human beings use to peacock with... HUMOR and LAUGHTER, and why it's important to convey it. Humor just conveys so many things about someone. The guest speakers are also funny, give day2 ideas, and have fun with the material.
