Summary: Frame control and Subcommunications are perhaps the most important overarching areas of pickup. Without proper understanding and control of them, the external tools we use are much less effective. On this volume, Sinn and Savoy discuss how to understand and consciously take command of your subcommunications and the frames you encounter in your interactions.
Table of Contents/ List of Topics Covered:
- The different ways women test your frame and how to pass them
- What you should be trying to subcommunicate with your actions
- Maintaining control of your interactions without being overbearing
- Common frames you will encounter in pickup
- Short term pickup frames vs. long term relationship frames

Savoy and Sinn on Frame Control and Subcommunications
Approx. Running Time-1 Hour, 6 mins.
Weak frame equals weak guy, weak guy equals nights and weekends alone. Well, you could call up your buddies and get a nice "cockfarm' together! I'd prefer to be in the company of ladies though, but hey...whatever works for ya! The question at hand is; How strong is YOUR frame? What are YOU subcommunicating? These are very key topics and this is the best of the cd series so far. I would have liked to have heard it earlier in the series, but better late than never. This is the one I've been waiting for because, it signals the beginning of the more psychological techniques! After you've listened, you will agree how good this is because if you own the frame, you own the game. As you will learn, without setting the stronger frame, you're lost, not only in dating and seduction, but in all facets of life. (Hello "niceguy," you ARE the weakest link, goodbye.) Nah, that's not gonna be you because this disk is your fix. Strong frames give you the upper hand in ALL interactions, not just in your love-life. If you've ever had trouble with contolling the frame of the interaction, that shouldn't be a problem anymore. Subcommunication goes hand-in-hand with creating your frame, you're passively telling someone that you are the dominant party, you are the leader, you are her next conquest. (If she's lucky!) I'm grading this an A, and I want to see more like this. This disc is the new benchmark for MM and the sound is much improved this time around.
Examples of what you can learn-
How to: Strengthen your "opening frame"
Avoid falling into her frames and lead
Reframe her tests and use them against her
De-fuse potential "problem frames"
Subcommunicate your social status more positively
In closing, I would like to say that I came along a little late to the CD series. I waited to see how good it is and was able to listen to the first two at my friend's house. After that, I was in and so was fortunate to get those on back-order. I'm glad I have my subscription now, so I won't miss one.
Sound quality isn’t that great but nonetheless this interview is jam packed with every detail on framing and subcommunicating. I’ve seen my game get better simply by subcommunicating correctly. Framing takes a little practice but once you get the hang of it, it all makes sense. They cover offensive and defensive responses having your frames tested. Frame control and reframing two great tools ive added to my arsenal.
Reminds Me That I Need to balance Inner with Outer Game
The Good
At the end of this volume, Sinn mentioned that this is probably the most important CD that Mystery Method will ever release. The topics of reframing, implications, being attractive, and subtle demonstrations of value are discussed in such extreme depth that I'm going to make time to listen to this CD again with a clearer mind later. When I first started learning pickup, I was heavily infused on David DeAngelo's subcommunication teachings. Over time, I converted to Mystery Method and foolishly focused more on outer game tactics (routines! tricks! gambits!) and neglected to think about underlying implications of every word and how I would convey my value. This CD reminds me that Mystery Method does NOT focus exclusively on tactics and that I need to balance inner with outer game.
The Bad
Nothing to be picky about.
The Bottom Line
buy
Rating out of 10: 9/10 for presentation and organization. Again, they had a solid agenda of topics to discuss, even with a few minor deviations here and there. 10/10 for content. It's dense, it's rather complex (to me anyway), and it deals with inner game issues (finally a Mystery Method CD related to inner game). 10/10 for production quality.
...the quality has improved dramatically and I found it novel that Sinn and Savoy's individual voice tracks were panned hard-left and hard-right respectively, giving separation and clarity especially during some instances where both are talking simultaneously. It's like they're sitting on either side of you giving you advice right there.
