Conveys So Many Things
David DeAngelo's "Cocky Comedy" is not only loaded with great hilarious alpha lines to play with in A2, but goes into the psychology behind one of the things human beings use to peacock with... HUMOR and LAUGHTER, and why it's important to convey it. Humor just conveys so many things about someone. The guest speakers are also funny, give day2 ideas, and have fun with the material.
i've been a huge fan of cocky/funny because of the wonders it had worked for me, and David D's products are great for teaching you how to be just that. i would recommend David D to any newbies in this game and mystery's products to amatuers.
Personally, Cocky and Funny and the mastery series program area very good for beginners. Thats actually gotten me into this seduction community yup. But is also for me the time to leave the community.
Bought this one after the double your dating ebook because one my problems was, I was a bit boring in conversations. At least I asked a girlfriend of mine for her honest feedback and that's what she said, and I think she was right. I was playing too safe. I've practiced this style of banter and integrated it into my own Mystery Method style, because I never was comfortable doing negs etc, so I replace it with Cocky & Funny, with good results. I think the general tips given here can be safety and effectively incorporated into any style of approach.
Cocky Funny- good explanation of humor and social effects. I liked the presentations of other guest speakers. 26 is crazy. I wouldn't do any of the stuff he says he does. I thought it would have a formula like do this and do that and it will be CF but it's not broken down like that. It just has to be the right thing and moment I guess. It doesn't happen all the time. I don't know. I definitely need the help and practice cause I just come off like a dick. I'm better off with regular openers and DHVs.
I felt his guest speakers were far better than he was, and while it was a techique program, it was more of an attitude shifter, in which you're attitude was changed so you can be a playful, confident, guy who jerks women around, builds attraction, and is in control of the situation.
Lots are Repeated, but there’s a Lot Meat in There Too.
I first read The Game, n learned that game could be taught and learned. I first read MM (which as you all know is mostly about technique). Then Cocky Comedy found its way on my cd player. LOTS of his stuff is repeated from one program to the next, but there’s a lot meat in there too. I am a lil bias; too, because of the instant success I had with his material. I am a fan of sampling many different styles and approaches to the game.
yeh i've seen it. it was one of the lesser programs of DYD, comments on the speakers, well most of it i just didn't find funny. but i think i already had a firm understanding of cocky comedy, so the program didn't really help me, but i still think its good to have all the programs, so i guess i'd rate it about 6/10, still a welcome edition.
"courtesy laughter please" i kinda like that line.
"thats unusual" - i like that too.
I own the Cocky Comedy CD series. It's OK overall, but whether it is worth the money is open for debate. Like most of his programs he covers a lot of basics first. If you read his e-book you won't get much there.
He also goes into some depth making sure you balance Cocky and Funny. If you lean too much on funny, you'll come across as a clown. If you're too Cocky you come across as arrogant. The happy ground is in the middle. (There I saved you $150.)
I enjoyed the guest speakers. It is good to see guys who (reportedly) have their game down, and watch their delivery, body language, and so on. For me, it helped.
Is it worth the price? Well, I didn't send it back. If you're looking to become a comedic version of Mystery, this will not get you there. However, there are some good pointers, and it is motivational.
