Christopher Andersen developed his method "60 method" for dating and seduction to be very straightforward. Having been frustrated by other methods that he found didn't work for him, he focused on just a few basic principles to improve his success.

This became the basis of "60 Method" which focuses on overcoming approach anxiety, escalating and developing long term relationships with women.
